Description: Unable to send faxes from the number "877 284 2819"
It gives nothing, when he tries to send faxes using his email "mbains@rndvancouver.com", the email will be sent out but they don't get any notification and realize that no faxes are going through
Their internet providers told them that the email the "mbains@rndvancouver.com" has no issues with faxing but it may be because we blocked it from the RC app server
