I was still unable to verify the client but he was trying to see another way to provide the information to be able to enter the account. i asked for the company name: James robles,md,sipp I did not work but then at the end, I asked for help from the support team and they provided me the UID Set ETA:no Troubleshooting: so ones we were able to enter the account the first thing I provided was the RingCentral number and it looks like it was not his number so then he asked for all the numbers on the account, including the last 4 numbers of the credit card and then from i also tried to help the client login so instead of using the email to enter the number 1******, and the password Recap: Y Gain Agreement to close the case: Y Promoted Support Site: Y Promoted Survey: Y SAT Prediction: 10 I am resolving the case now: Y Attached KB Article: Y
