The customer is having issues with the desk phones on extensions 101, 102,103 and 114:

Serial Number: 482567249254 ext 101 QoS issue
Serial Number: 482567B99858 ext 102 no getting IP
Serial Number: 482567B8EDDC ext 103 no getting IP
Serial Number: 482567248FF9 ext 114 QoS issue
Additional Info: they are replaced devices
Cx was advised to ask to the ISP about 2 devices that are not getting IP and also to check the RC network requirements

This is to guide you how to check the network with the ISP
-Let them know that there are 2 devices without getting IP ( 482567B99858 and 482567B8EDDC ) if they can perform any troubleshooting to get the IP or allow the device into the network
-Also we need to check the network requirement and let them know that packet loss is going over 1% and jitter is going over 30ms (jitter can not be more than 1% and jitter can not go more than 30ms)
