The customer was being explained that there is no option for 2 way conversation (the cx can send a text to group of people and he will be able to see the replies)
The customer requested a supervisor since he wanted to corroborate this but then stated he wanted to take another call and requested for the supervisor to call him back. Supervisor was being requested but was never provided. End of the shift. No more actions taken.
