Unable to access the Cico Web GUI interface. We have tried to access the web interface using https://, http://, IP address alone, we have tried using multiple browsers, tried incognito mode, we have tried different computers and the same results, the computers are connected to the same network as the phone according to the cx. I advised the cx to check with an IT the network settings but he said the network settings have nothing to do with it because the browser is reading the Cisco logo advised the cx to carry the device home and test in house's network to isolate it , probably something is blocking it.
