Complete step-by-step documentation
Guided the cx to create the user ext 210 and assigned the phone to it
Swapped the RC app of ext 210 with the phone 64167F7FD420 assigned to ext 165
The phone showed "offline" tried the provisioning settings again but it was not working
Provisioned the phone and showed "Online" but it was displaying extension 165's name
