Description: The cx had a user with one number but then the number changed

Troubleshooting: The user ext 178 had the number 920 471 1926 but now it has a different number and the cx wants to know if someone changed it
- The agent checked the recent changes in the audit trail but nobody deleted a number
- The agent searched for that number and it is not linked to any RC accounts
- On the audit trail the agent found this:
On 3/15/23 Added Abigail ext 178 / configured the phone / call handling configuration / changed the role
On 3/15/23 Added the 1926 number to an unassigned extension
- On the rest of the audit trail the number was not mentioned, an SME said the number was on the pool so the agent asked them to get the number back to the account
