Ok as what we found is. that you have received an email for the confirmation regarding the purchase that u have made through your account or some one is trying to purchase this order so is that u or from ua side like an family, friend's or relatives so I just want to know that ua going to continue the purchase or u want to go fo cancellation... So if u go fo cancellation there r some process to be followed. after the cancellation work will be done we will refund the money back in your account...... So mam/sir can u plz tell me the amount and the product that u have been purchased for ... n mam\sir if u want to cancellation process u just need an pc, laptop or ua cell phone that we can go further process..
