PROBLEM / ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Cx is unable to send email to fax with this domain @bsmplc.com STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1.Login to any email with @bsmlpc 2.Send a fax using the right format 17209611917@rcfax.com 3.Fax was not set=nt BACKGROUND: Cx is able to email to fax with some public domains emails, but from this domain @bsmlpc it does not appears as failed in sent items neither - WHEN DID THE ISSUE START: One week ago, cx was able to do it before - TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS SO FAR: All faxes that contains @bsmlpc were removed and added back We test with public domains and it worked We are 100% sure cx is using the right format Cx was unable to email to fax to 7209611917 my tester number Cx check already the settings of Sender Policy Framework (SPF) DNS record,DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) signature and Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance (DMARC) DNS records Cx Cx already checked this article https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Best-Practices-to-Prevent-RingCentral-Email-to-Fax-Service-from-Blocking-Faxes.html?brand=RC_US
