Description Information: the client called because her IVR had a glitch where a client called it did go to the correct but then at one point it when to the demand responses call queue and it should not

Troubleshooting: so i did the test call and as well it through to the call queue of demand response so what i recommended changing the ext number instead of 2 to have it added as 90 we did the test call again and it does look like its working
