Troubleshooting:
-Unable to provide me call examples because she was not in the office but she says it is with all calls
-Cx provided me the receptionist number 7708374824 best time to call 9am to 4pm ET
-We discarded it is not credit issue
-Provider lvl-3 we will submit a ticket since the customer said the IT already reset the routers and re-provisioning de network
