Issue: The cx can receive SMS but cannot send SMS "Message not sent" 9492874610
Troubleshooting: Advised the cx he has run out of text messages on ext.101 and needs to purchase an SMS bundle but after purchasing the SMS bundle he still was not able to send text messages. Created a child case for Telco to see if they can help us enable the SMS.
