Hi Team,
Issue/Problem Reported: There's a 4-second delay on average, inbound only. All of the user extensions are affected, the cx claims he has been facing this issue for months already.
Actual Behavior: There's a 4-second delay on average for all inbound calls.
Investigation Upon checking on our end we detected that the Ingress Carrier of these 2 examples is Lumen / Level 3
