4. look at the modem router if it has a few lights blinking up. Reset the modem (unplug the POWER cord) and wait for a minute then plug it back on.
5. if modem is resetted but no lights on you might have a faulty power strip or a fried router
6. now check if all cables at the back of the modem is tightly connected.
7. check if ether net cable is connected to right port labelled Ethernet, IN or WAN
8. try to use another browser.
9. use another device and check if the same problem persists
10.on windows click on the bottom right corner the wifi signal icon For MAC OS it will be on the upper right corner and make sure you are connected to the proper SSID.
You may be accidentally connected to another network.
11. If still having problems connecting right click on your network name and click troubleshoot problems to run the windows diagnostic network routine.

13. run a speedtest on speedtest.net if it matches with your speed package.

5. hold the power button for 30 seconds if its unplugged
6. plug your tv back on
