Issue: Unable to make outgoing calls from the desktop and web app, The green button to make a call is greyed out and if you hover over it you get the message "Sorry something is wrong on our end so calling is temporarily unavailable". Also unable to receive incoming calls. Incoming calls go to voicemail. Issues started on May 23rd.
Troubleshooting: I have checked the call handling settings, and custom rules but everything seems to be working fine. We have tried using different ways to sign in. We have tried the Desktop and Web App and they have the same issue, I was unable to test the mobile app because she currently does not have access to it. I made a test on my end and I was able to make and receive calls properly
