Description: Every time someone calls her she doesn't get notifications on her end and when receives a call it just rings for half a second and it is gone

- The cx is on the phone app
- She seems to be receiving the calls but doesn't see a popup with the calls
- The issue started today morning
Resolution: The issue is related to an RC issue the case will be escalated by an SME

We have a customer requesting a follow-up call regarding their issue related to the INC-37902

A portion of RingCentral customers may experience intermittent failures of outgoing calls due to an underlying carrier.
Service affected: ProviderVoice-Bandwidth::Region - USA.
The cx requested a callback on the day 5/6/23 at 10am EST just to be updated if the issue is still going. The agent also recommended the cx to test by themselves the issue
