Issue: the user is not able to receive calls
Affected ext: 108
Troubleshooting done: call the extension directly, sent to voicemail, check the call log to see the call handling, check if there is any custom rule enabled (nope), check the notification settings of the app but everything seems fine, the configuration is to always notify the user and check if the app has the permissions to make/receive calls. (the user is using the Ring Central mobile app in Android)
Help needed: What else can be checked?
