Issue: the cx is saying that they requested an account cancellation and then they canceled it because they wanted to retain the call logs so they asked for a downgrade of their service to 1 MVP license only but the change should be effective until the next billing cycle (march 5th) but the person in charge of that made the change today and they need their service restored until they are set up with the next provider...
