The ext 104 needs to send texts as the main company number
When selecting the main number to send texts they get an error message "Unable to send SMS"
Number already TCR provisioned
Added ext 104 as the operator and the error disappeared but the message wasn't going through
Recommended logging out of the app and back in, cx will test and reach back if not resolved.
