Issue: 1) cx wants to send TXT messages with her main company #, with no other options in the "text from" field 2) Incoming caller ID for call queue calls is annoying to the cx.
Troubleshooting: 1) the # is enabled for SMS and linked to a campaign already, FS is telling me that only the super admin as the operator can have that option. 2) disabled the feature as requested.
