Issue / Customer Request: Messages tab - When using the messages tab within RingCentral we are unable to access our outbox.
Behavior: unable to check the outbox messages
Expected behavior: being able to check the outbox messages
Steps to reproduce: Admin Portal > My Extension x101 > Messages Tab > Outbox > The page goes completely white and never loads up.
Troubleshooting:
We tried it using different devices
We tried it using different network
I did it also in my end as agent and as customer- same result
Additional Information: HAR file attached and SS included
