If he calls the number directly this doesn't connect. The customer is trying to have a number that is able to receive faxes and be able to respond to faxes back via email. Ext 106 and 189 , Troubleshooting: (steps taken to address the issue) A test call was made for the first issue and this one got resolved. Then for the second request, the customer was informed that he can add an MVP license and have the faxes go through that license, and then have the notifications go to each of the emails set on the notifications.
