Problem: we are unable to upgrade the user extension 106 to an MVP user, it gives the error "Cannot process transaction at this time. Please try again later."
Background: Before we were trying to add the MVP user but we were getting the same error, so we added the user as a "Video Pro" user and now we are trying to upgrade it
Steps to reproduce:
- go to the Admin portal
- go to users > Elena Park. Ext 106 > Devices and Numbers > add phone > follow the workflow to add the DL and at the end it shows the error in the last step.
Troubleshooting: (steps taken to address the issue)
- we tried to add the MVP user
- we added the user as Video Pro, but still doesn't let you add the MVP license
I sent an email to the cx asking to upgrade her payment method in order to see if this is related to billing issues
