so that when calls coming in from the main line he wil see that its coming from his company number.
and if it does not show in his caller ID or if gets a call with just the callers number he will know that they are calling his ext or direct line.
cust said will just accept calls and put it in his contacts so that when he sees it he will know how to address them for the meantime.
cust will call back if he needs to to change the settings on his account when he is ready.
