-we follow the call forwarding on her online account dialing the mainline
-we leave the 8083127405 number active on call forwarding for extension 101
-we do test call dialing the main line and she confirmed that she may able to answer the call on her mobile phone
-she also brought up an issue about change password for her online account whenever she logging in.
- Call got disconnected while we are attempting to change the password.
- Trying to call her back.
