The customer already submitted the TCR request and when checked this one the status is registered but the company was not found listed on the list of the TCRs on the spreadsheet.
Then the TCR team was called, and they indicated that the customer needed to create a campaign.
The customer can add up to 49 numbers or if he exceeds that amount he would need to buy another lot of 49 numbers.
