Good afternoon. Tracy Green , Greg Ian Malacapo Kindly answer the below questions so I can better understand what/why this happened. Why have we never had to deal with credits and why were we not ever told about them? Why were we not emailed about them belong low? Why after years and years of service did this all of a sudden happen when our call usage is pretty much the same? I'd like to escalate this because it has caused me to lose a weeks worth of business (at least) and we had to change ALL of our television ads and also our news paper ads as the number was unreliable.
