Description: I bought 2 desk phones and it isn't letting me set them up. Says "This phone is pending a replacement, you cannot make any changes.
Troubleshooting: Plugged in and unplugged the phones 3 times to see if the status changes
- Checked if the devices were getting an IP address they were not
- Recommended to try to connect it directly to the router after a while it worked
- A device was shipped without the power cord, created a cif for the replacement. 19111060
