Issue:
virtual assistant, one to ring simultaneously on two of virtual assistant
when someone calls the main company number they go to an IVR menu, they want to make ext 104 and 107 ring at the same time
Troubleshooting: (steps taken to address the issue)
created a call queue and added the two extension
under extension 1009 disabled the call handling and set the call queue to missed calls
changed the schedule of the call queue to match the users
its working
