ask the cx to open the IP using a browser and log in
username: admin
password: admin
go to settings > auto-provision > check if there is a server URL or not.
DHCP and PNP need to be "ON"
The password needs to be deleted so leave it blank
the server URL should be https://yp.ringcentral.com/provisioning/yealink/$PN
then click auto-provision
