Auto Receptionist
- Super admin has an access to auto receptionist
- to Access: Phone System > Auto Receptionist
- Once a main number of the customer was dialed automatically the call will be routed auto receptionist....
- Company Hours should be set up correctly according to business hours.
- Regional Settings for timezone
- General Settings > IVR settings : Company hours greeting and After hours greeting
- For custom / recorded greeting : WAV. and MP3. only
- How the customer can save a greeting : through Phone, importing and computer microphone
- Bypass company greeting, select user extension or call queue (based on customer\'s request)
-Confirm with customer, incase the customer/ caller enters no action.
- Dial by Name directory - will allow the customer to call / route the call using first 3 letters of first/last name.
- Message only extension - set up extension that receives only voice mails. (usually used for after hour greetings)

Day 2 (03/23/2021)
- How to disable the dial by name directory : Slide the enable dial by name directory
- Call Recording :
a) On Demand - optional to record the call *9 ,, soft phones just select stop recording
b) Automatic Call Recording - outbound or inbound calls
- Need to mask the call (no automatic) especally when requesting for cc number from customer.
- how the users can receive the call
- to access the customer\'s account - AI or Admin Interface Portal

a. Sequentially (in order)
b. Simultaneously

a) Send callers directly to voicemail (common)

(for international #, include country code and telephone number)

a)enable voice greeting / voice mail (default)
