Troubleshooting: The users were on the incorrect site, the number (623) 487-3003 was assigned to the site Peoria but the users that wanted the number as the caller ID were in a different one
- Explained the cx how it actually works.
- Recommended to assign the number to the auto-receptionist for everyone to use the correct caller ID that is (623) 487-3003
- Walked the cx through to do the change and also create a custom rule to forward the calls to the number to go to the Peoria site
Resolution: Couldn't take ownership of the case before it auto-closed. The cx agreed
