The issue started this afternoon. Troubleshooting: (steps taken to address the issue) The party you are trying to reach is not available to take your call is the message I received when making the test call. Then the routing was checked. The settings were found correct. Direct number: 502 337 3723 for extension 104 was called and the call didn't ring his app. The customer was informed that we needed to check everything was correct with the forwarding of the calls on the other carrier's end.
