Troubleshooting: so we did try assisted provisioning but it did not work so in the end we did manual provisioning we when to a new window added the IP address and factory reset, we did also go to ext. 101>phones and numbers selected on Yealink and change phone we took a screenshot of the information and then back to the the settings
