Issue: The cx wants Chelsea works in the same way than Greenwich Village (Ext. 3) , cx is not explaining very well for me what he is requesting because cx requested that when we call 212 633 0033 it should ring in all the devices in the account and also the landline but cx says that the landline number is 212 633 0033 but I do not think it is possible because this is the main number so I am not able to add it into the call handling when we call 212 633 0033
Also checking the routing I do not see he is really using Greenwich Village site
TS: I just created a new call queue Chelsea(Ext4) and added all the ext there ringing simultaneous (Greenwich Village has rotating) but cx told he wants all ring at the same time
We tested it and cx says that the landline it is not ringing
We have made 2 meeting trying to figure this out for cx and we are not able to
Cx is requesting to escalate it with a high level
Steps to reproduce:
-Called 212 633 0033
-All the devices rang in their cellphone but not in the landline
Behavior: Landline is not ringing
Expected behavior: Landline should ring
More Details: 212 633 0033 is assigned as Main company number, 212 633 0033 is assigned as DL for ext 103, 212 633 0033 is assigned as local to ext 103 I do not why this is this way
I was not able to help the cx if you can please call him and help the cx is really nice
