• fax is not working
• issue with sending faxes
• received an e-mail that system detected that they have multiple extensions with the same contact email-address
Troubleshooting Done:
• customer is using e-mail to fax when sending faxes
• asked customer if she is also having issue with receiving faxes
• said that she is not also receiving faxes send to their company fax number
• as per checking, faxes are being sent to ext 4 which is a message only extension
• changed the extension who will receive a fax
• changed to extension 102
• added john@jltax.ca and tania@jltax.ca for the fax e-mail notification
• send test fax to (289) 799-8538
• customer was able to receive the fax
• send test fax on customer's end
• fax go through
• tested working
• issue resolved
• no other concern
• case closure confirmed
• end of call

• did test call on (713) 5895039
• call forwarded on their after hours voicemail
• changed the auto-receptionist call handling to specific user
• switch back the call handling to IVR
• test call
• tested working
• changed the user schedule of ext 101 and 102
• set to 9am to 5pm M to F | 10am to 2pm every Sat
• for fax issue
• tried to send a test fax on the operator extension
• unable to continue since the user extension is not available
• end of call
