Issue: 1) there's a static noise on the customer's end. The cx is using a desk phone to take the calls, the problem is inbound and outbound and it is happening on the 3 desk phones they use.
Troubleshooting: 1) performed a test to 702 202 4032, and advised the cx to answer from the RC app to check if the system persists. she says it does.
2) the speed test results are consistent with the promised bandwidth: 300Mbps. (Results should be no less than 75-80% of the speed promised by your ISP)
