Uid 209996049 Case number 17615114 Issue: someone called (From #214-592- 6387) the main number 619-731-0745 at 1:16 pm for ext 1 it was supposed to go to ext 1 and it didn't ring at any time on his device. it was missed and is not the first time it happens with this particular number so he wonders if this number is blocked or what cause on our end appears as missed under the reports if u check the reports whenever this number call he cannot see it on his end While checking the repports noticed that he never pick up incoming calls and gets missed from this number number is not blocked on the user 101 do we have something that could be affecting or making this issue ??
