Hello team, this case was to have a follow-up since the customer requested a call back due to a setting we set on the account, more specifically the setting of blocking robo calls. So the customer wanted to check if he detected the same behavior of calls on the logs. Therefore I endorsed the ticket to ORT. Please follow up with the customer to check if the behavior for the calls on his account is the same and document here in case the issue remains or any behavior is found. The customer is also supposed to talk about this with his AM so he was provided the case number and the contact information for his AM.
