Good night, Daniel. I am sending this email to confirm I did overtime on Tuesday the 5th of September for 1 hour, beginning at 6:42 pm CST. I gave my recommendations on how to close 1 open case and closed 12 more cases out of the Inactive Agents spreadsheet, after analyzing the whole sheet I found that 2 cases were already closed as CNR by the T1 agent who owned them.
