Dear Peter, After thoroughly evaluating our cost estimates, budget constraints, and financial obligations to other important matters, we have reached the decision to delay the replacement of high-cost components such as the transmission, water pump, and timing belt. At this point, we are focusing on the essential repair and maintenance of our existing transmission, including engine and gear oil changes, filter replacements, and routine cleaning and servicing. We hope that our financial situation will improve in the near future, and when the time comes for major repairs as advised by you, we will be more than happy to avail your services. In light of this, we kindly request a detailed cost estimate for the aforementioned services. Additionally, if possible, could you make arrangements for a substitute vehicle while our Odyssey is undergoing repairs at your workshop? We greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.
