Issue: cx is experiencing audio delay in all the phones he has in the company with RC he rebooted the phones, resync we ran a speed test of 250mbps download 61mbps.

Troubleshooting: The cx is not able to test his connectivity today, the results of the speed tests run by the previous agent remain unclear to me. After testing the network again tomorrow we will decide the next TS step.
