Hi Team,
Good day!
I understand that the monitors seemed to have damaged screens. However, I stand myself that I, nor anyone at home, did not do anything that may cause the damage on the monitor. I was about to render RDOT on Sunday when I turned on the computer and saw black shadow on the upper left. I called IT and talked to Sir Harold to report the issue. Sir Harold tried to remotely access my computer but was not successful because the approval goes to the dark shadow which I can click on. We then agreed to replace the primary monitor and use the secondary monitor while waiting for the replacement.
I plugged in the secondary monitor which I was not using for one year because it is too big and to avoid high electricity consumption. When the monitor turned on, the screen seems to be cracked with no physical damage nor dents at all. I called IT again and talked to Sir Maynard. He asked me to plug in the primary monitor again and the screen had changed to somewhat like cracked screen when there is no physical damage at all.
I do not have any idea how this happened to the monitors and I am confident to say that nothing hit those monitors, hence, I cannot pay for something that I have not done intentionally nor with consent.
