Terms of Service ("Terms") Last updated: 4-3-2022 - 1:35PM EDT These Terms of Service (“ToS”) are a legally binding agreement between RamHost (“We,” “Our,” “RamHost,” Us”) and you (“Your”, Customer”, “You”, “Client”, “Subscriber” ). By visiting any site operated, and maintained by us, you state that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms of service. RamHost's services may only be used for legitimate purposes. It is illegal to transmit, store, or present any information, data, or material that violates any federal, state, or local law in the United States. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, information we deem threatening or obscene, and material protected by a trade secret or other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold RamHost blameless for any claims arising from the usage of the service that cause harm to the subscriber or another party. Prohibited are sites that promote and illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to RamHost's servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Termination Your account may be terminated or suspended at any time if you violated any of these terms. If you suspend or close your account, you will lose immediate access to all of our services, including but not limited to the RamHost.xyz website and all servers associated with your account. Maintenance RamHost has reversed the right to perform maintenance, and we'll make sure that any future maintenance is disclosed to all users. If we have to perform maintenance, we will make sure to post the scheduled maintenance times on our broadcast (discord server). At that time, you agree that we have the right to perform maintenance for up to 96 hours. Security We will never ask for your password to your account. All passwords are generated directly through dashboard. Keep your password safe and don't share it with anyone you don't know.
