Issue: The cx is calling because he is supposed to be receiving fax notifications to his email but he is not getting them and also not getting the received faxes on his app
Troubleshooting: I tried changing the messaging notifications to advance settings and made sure the email is correct. We made sure the faxes are delivered to the right extension. I reviewed the call logs and the faxes are being forwarded to his extension. We tried login into every platform. And tried login in with different methods and still not showing the faxes. We change the zero dialing extension and also the extension for voicemail for the call queue and then worked properly.
