We made sure the faxes are delivered to the right extension. I reviewed the call logs and the faxes are being forwarded to his extension. We tried login into every platform. And tried login in with different methods and still not showing the faxes. We change the zero dialing extension and also the extension for voicemail for the call queue and then worked properly.
