Only Notes: The first case apparently whenever my ch receives an inbound on her main company number the call gets routed to a queue with 2 members on that queue, both members have their own number and device so they can receive calls on their end. but one of those devices is not receiving calls, looking into the queue settings i realized all the calls ring simultaneously by configuration. it seems ok Checking under user phones the phone number linked to one extension has this alert "This phone is pending replacement, you cannot make any changes" which i belive this is why she is not receiving the calls I believe i have to set up the device verify if there is an order for the phone 7744 8800 8888 (103) 3038 ( 101) 2909 (102)
