QuickBooks Time Support When a customer goes to log in, they are prompted with two options, Join a company or Sign in the join a company is going to ask for the company code, but sign in, will allow the user to sign in as they have done before. if they are being prompted, they are able to go back and select the right box to log in. 1. Select More 2. Select Settings 3. Select Help
