As you mentioned, the firm is motivated in ending their cisco on-premise solutions and moving to a unified communications solutions in the next 6 months. Ideal set up is for the live receptionist to manage high call volume, manage call flows and integration is important. More so, they wanted a reliable, easy-to-use, simple and user-friendly communication solutions.
