Issue: When ext 104 makes an outbound call the customer who received a call was displayed a number they don't recognize and that's the company fax number 4692006315
Troubleshooting: I was able to guide the customer through the RC desktop app on settings/ phone/ caller ID and then change the correct number and made a test call but is still showing the incorrect number. I will be making a follow-up call back tomorrow morning.
