"sorry you can only make calls to user extension, to make external call contact the company admin"
Troubleshooting:
-advise the customer that the extension 101 doesn't have digital line and that is the reason why she cannot make call
-advise she can login using her extension since her extension have digital line
-provide option also to transfer the digital line to extension 101
-customer agreed
-phone system>phones and devices>open number> edit user
-advise to login and logout
-test call working
